Shipping and payment terms
If you want to order an article you can put it in the shopping cart using the corresponding button. Now you can either continue the ordering process or add more items to the shopping cart. Via the link on the top right"to the shopping cart"you can see at any time which items are in the shopping cart. Here you can also delete items or order the shopping cart. Unfortunately, once the order process has been completed, nothing can be changed. If you want to order more afterwards, simply place a new order and not pay the old one. This will then expire automatically or you can write us a short email so that we can delete the order. The same applies to the method of payment. If you want to change the payment method at a later date, for example from credit card to cash payment, this can only be done by placing a new order.
The shipping costs are based on the quantity, value, weight and recipient country of the items ordered. Therefore, these cannot be given as a lump sum, but are calculated individually. The shipping costs can of course be viewed in a summary before completing an order. To do this, please put all the desired articles in the shopping cart and fill in the personal data. Only then can the shipping costs be calculated and displayed.
Please note that the shipping costs are the total costs for the shipping, so not only the pure postage costs, but also the costs for the packaging material and handling. In addition, we ensure that shipping is as CO2-neutral as possible.
After payment, the goods will be shipped with DHL within a few working days (usually 1-2 working days after receipt of payment). If an article is currently out of stock, it can take a while. If it takes longer, we will of course inform you immediately and reserve the right to make partial deliveries. We always make sure that you receive your goods as quickly as possible and that you are happy with them.
The delivery takes place in a neutral envelope without reference to the content or sender! So there is nothing on the envelope about fetish, gay or Sk8erboy!
If the delivery does not arrive or there are other problems, please contact us using the contact form or the known channels.
Wrong deliveries/defective goods/exchange/return
Unfortunately, everything does not always go smoothly, even if we always try to do so. If you receive an incorrect delivery that does not contain the desired item, the delivery or the goods are damaged or otherwise objectionable, we ask you to send a short e-mail using the contact form. Please contact us immediately after receiving the goods, as we may not be able to consider late reports. You will then receive a replacement delivery promptly. As a rule, we will ask you to send back the goods complained about as proof.
An exchange of the goods or a return is basically possible, but only if the goods are originally packaged and undamaged. Please contact us, you will then receive a return address. It is essential to note the sender and enclose a copy of the invoice so that we can correctly assign the return! You will then either receive a refund of the purchase price (excluding postage) or, if you wish, a voucher for the corresponding amount for a future order from us.
In principle, we only accept prepayment due to bad experiences in the past, ie the payment has to be received in full before the shipment is sent. You can choose between the following payment options:
Credit card - the fastest and easiest way
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. Only the neutral name of our billing company appears on the credit card statement. So nothing from Sk8erboy, gay or fetish. After entering and checking the data, the order is considered paid and can be sent immediately. A major advantage over bank transfers and sending cash. If the payment does not work despite entering the correct data, we ask you to pay with another of the payment options offered. Sometimes cards, especially from abroad, are not accepted for inexplicable reasons.

Separate collection of old devices
Electrical and electronic equipment that has become waste is called old equipment. Owners of old devices must collect them separately from unsorted municipal waste. Old devices do not belong in the household waste, but in special collection and return systems.
Batteries and rechargeable batteries
Owners of old devices have to separate old batteries and accumulators, which are not enclosed by the old device, from the old device before handing them over to a collection point. This does not apply if the old devices are handed over to public waste disposal authorities and separated there from other old devices for the purpose of preparation for reuse.
Options for returning old devices
Owners of old devices from private households can hand them in at the collection points of the public waste disposal authorities or at the collection points set up by manufacturers or distributors within the meaning of the ElektroG. Data protection notice
Old devices often contain sensitive personal data. This applies in particular to information and telecommunications equipment such as computers and smartphones. In your own interest, please note that each end user is responsible for deleting the data on the old devices to be disposed of.
