📦 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Within Germany, shipping usually takes 1–3 business days. Within the EU approx. 3–7 business days. Except for T-shirts and hoodies, which have a delivery time of 3-4 weeks. Internationally, it can take longer depending on customs and local postal services.

My tracking shows no updates—is that normal?

Yes, that happens especially often during peak times like Black Week or right before Christmas. When a package is in transit between two logistics partners, tracking often pauses.

If your shipment shows no movement for an extended period, we can start a DHL investigation for you.

My order hasn’t been shipped yet—why?

Some items (e.g., T‑shirts & hoodies) are made to order. Production usually takes 3-4 weeks; your package ships afterward.

Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?

Yes, that’s usually possible. Just message us right after placing your order. As long as your packages haven’t been packed or shipped yet, we can merge them to save shipping costs.

Have the Sk8erboy® socks changed?

No—our Sk8erboy® socks are still produced in Europe in the same trusted quality.

An item is sold out—will it be back?

Most standard items are restocked regularly. Some special editions, however, are limited and may not return.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Can I return underwear?

For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns of underwear if it’s unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

As a rule, the customer covers the return shipping costs. For defective items or wrong deliveries, we’ll of course cover the costs and send you a return label if needed.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has arrived and been checked, you’ll receive your credit/refund.

👕 Production of T‑shirts & hoodies

How long does production of T‑shirts & hoodies take?

Our personalized items are only produced after you place an order. Production takes about 5–7 business days, plus shipping time. You can expect a delivery time of 3-4 weeks. During peak times like Christmas or Black Friday, delays may occur.

Crease line in the logo—is that normal?

The crease line in the logo on our T‑shirts is caused by packaging and isn’t a quality defect. It can be removed easily after the first wash. In this video we show you step by step how it works.

🔐 Privacy

I’m writing from a different email than the one used for the order—what now?

For privacy reasons, we may only release order information to the original email address used to place the order. So please always contact us from the email address you used at checkout.

🌍 International shipping

My package is stuck abroad—what does that mean?

With international shipments, customs, local postal services, or strikes (e.g., Canada Post) can cause delays. If nothing happens for several days, we can start a DHL investigation / trace.

❗ Issues with your order

My item arrived defective—what should I do?

Please email us directly with a short description and photos. We’ll send you a replacement free of charge and, if needed, a return label for the defective item.

Something’s missing from my order—what now?

Sorry! Just drop us a quick message. We’ll send the missing items as soon as possible.
